BEARSolve's first portfolio is software for financial operations. One platform underneath, two products on top — one for businesses, one for individuals. Built in-house. Engineered to be relied on.
A complete financial operating system for small and mid-sized businesses. KeepIQ replaces the spreadsheet-and-bolt-on stack that grows up around a business with a single platform that does the work it actually needs to do.
KeepIQ ships with general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, banking and treasury, payroll, financial close, and compliance — built in, not assembled. Twenty industry packs adapt the system for construction, real estate, healthcare, manufacturing, retail, legal, nonprofit, and more, activated with a single click.
The architecture enforces what spreadsheet-based accounting cannot. Double-entry bookkeeping is verified in the database, not the application layer. Every monetary value is an exact decimal — there are no rounding errors and no penny drift. Every state change writes an audit record before the change commits. Tenant data is isolated at the row level by the database itself, not by application code that can be bypassed.
Businesses that have outgrown QuickBooks but don't want to buy NetSuite. Companies that need real audit trails, real multi-entity, real industry-specific workflows, and real financial close — without the integration sprawl those things usually require.
Personal finance for individuals and households, built on the same engine as KeepIQ. The transparency of a real ledger, the convenience of a modern app, and none of the gimmicks.
PennixIQ aggregates bank accounts, categorizes transactions, and presents a clean view of where money is going — without hiding the underlying ledger. Customers who want to see the accounting can see it. Customers who want a dashboard get a dashboard. The engine underneath is the same one running KeepIQ, so the correctness, the audit trail, and the discipline are the same.
PennixIQ is in active development. Core consumer features including atomic onboarding, layered authentication (password, two-factor, biometric), push notifications, and bank-feed integration are complete. Public availability will be announced when the platform is ready — we will not ship before it is.
The multi-tenant platform that powers KeepIQ and PennixIQ. A constitutional architecture for financial operations.
SuiteAimey is the foundation underneath BEARSolve's financial software. It is not sold separately. It exists so that every product we build on top of it inherits the same correctness guarantees, the same security model, and the same audit discipline — without each product having to rebuild those primitives from scratch.
Every state-changing operation on the platform follows an immutable sequence: the command arrives, the event is recorded, an operation is created, policy is evaluated, the ledger is posted, and a tamper-evident record is sealed. No step can be skipped. No audit record can be altered after the fact. The chain is enforced in the architecture, not the documentation.
Industry-specific capability is added through packs that extend the core platform without modifying it. A construction company activates the construction pack and gets job costing, change orders, AIA billing, and progress invoicing. A real estate firm activates the real estate pack and gets property accounting and CAM reconciliations. The core platform stays clean. The pack carries the domain knowledge.
Every operational platform we evaluated required third-party integrations to do what an operational platform should do natively. Every integration is a place where the audit trail breaks, where data disagrees, where the architecture's correctness guarantees stop applying. SuiteAimey was built so that BEARSolve products would not depend on services whose correctness we cannot verify.
